You can book a time to chat with us. Connect with us to understand whether our venue suits you and your community. If you feel uncertain on any matter, we are here to answer your questions. We want you to feel comfortable that Curraweena House is the perfect place for your next retreat before you make your booking. Make a time to chat with us.

STEP 03

Check the banner at the top of our website for availability, or reach out to us for available dates. To ensure we have a smooth booking process for you, we only block dates in our calendar with receipt of a deposit.

Decide on your retreat date

STEP 04

Your retreat chef will help you create a memorable retreat experience. Your retreat guests will gather around the Curraweena House table sharing the meals, created by your chef. So, we recommend checking that your retreat chef is available before you book your retreat.

STEP 05

Email (curraweena.house@gmail.com) or text us (0466 318 867) your retreat date and whether you’d like to book for 11 or 18 guests.

We’ll then send an invoice with payment details and terms. A 50% deposit is required to hold the date.

The final payment is required 6 weeks before your retreat.

PS: If you are booking more than 3 months in advance we are happy to work with you on a smaller deposit. So long as we have received 50% at least 10 weeks before your retreat.

STEP 06

Look out for your Retreat Leaders Welcome Guide in your inbox

You will receive our Curraweena House Retreat Leaders Welcome Guide and a confirmation email that your retreat date is set. Our Retreat Leaders Welcome Guide will provide more detaill about getting ready for your retreat and includes finer details to assist with planning your retreat, to make sure we have all of the details sorted for your retreat.

STEP 07

We can help you promote your retreat. But we'll need your help to do this. We can promote your event on our website. We can upload your retreat event into the Australian Tourism website if you share with us the information that we request.You will receive an email from us outlining the specifics. STEP 08

You will receive a series of emails from us after your booking has been received. This will include information on local sights, connecting with our local service providers and check-in information. We have all of the details covered to assist you plan your retreat.
