How do we price a twin-share room versus a single room
Some of your retreat guests will want their own room.
We suggest that you price the room by doubling what you would charge for a twin-share room and then deduct about $250 (a little more than the cost for catering for 1 person for the weekend).
So, if a twin-share room was $900 per person for the weekend, for a single person in a room, you might consider 2x$900 - $250 =$1,550.
